All returns or exchanges must be sent back to the return address below. No returns or exchanges on personalized or special ordered items. No returns or exchanges on opened CD’s, computer software or videos. No returns or exchanges on Kosher Scrolls or Tefilin. Any clothing or Talism must be returned to us in new condition, be unworn and have the original tags or labels attached to them. Any items shipped and either refused by the recipient or returned to us non deliverable are subject to a 15% restocking fee; shipping, handling and insurance costs are nonrefundable. Because of the seasonal nature of holiday items, returns on holiday items cannot be made after the start of the holiday. If items are purchased during a free shipping promotion and returned the refund will be reduced to cover the original shipping costs. Merchandise must be undamaged, unused, contain original box or packaging material and include the packing slip in the box. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
